Treatment of refunds and approvals of tax credit and handling of VAT charges

In the “Official Gazette of BiH” No. 27/19 of 9 April 2019, a new Instruction on the procedure for repayment and approval of a tax credit was submitted, based on the application for value added tax, which shall enter into force on 17 April 2019.

In the same official gazette, the Instructions on the manner of handling applications for value added tax and excise tax evasion and exemption taxes, which comes into force on April 17, 2019, were published.
